1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing a digital product, or engaging with VividX Inc (Here in referred to as The VividX House) for design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use this site or any of our services.

2. Company Overview

The VividX House is a full-service interior design firm offering three levels of service:

  • The Space Edit Reset™, a self-paced digital course.

  • The Transformative Home Experience™, a private consultation and guided design service.

  • Full-Service Design Projects, comprehensive design, procurement, and installation management.

These Terms apply to all users, purchasers, and clients of The VividX House.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the site to:

  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others’ use.

  • Obtain or attempt to obtain materials or information not intentionally made available through the site.

  • Use automated systems, data mining, or extraction tools without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product names, text, graphics, videos, and design systems associated with The VividX House, including the Space Edit Reset™ and Transformative Home Experience™, are the intellectual property of The VividX House, Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of this website or its materials without express written consent.

5. Products and Services

a. Space Edit Reset™

This is a self-paced digital course available for individual purchase.

  • Access is granted immediately upon payment.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered due to the instant delivery of digital content.

  • The course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

b. Transformative Home Experience™

This is a paid design consultation and strategy service.

  • The service is paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Clients receive 30 days of communication access beginning on the date of their scheduled consultation.

  • Start dates may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original booking.

  • Because consultation time and materials are reserved exclusively for the client, all sales are final and non-refundable once scheduled.

c. Full-Service Design Projects

Full-service projects are governed by a separate written Design Agreement that outlines project scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Invoices are billed in phases tied to specific project milestones such as design approval, procurement, and installation.

  • All fees paid toward project work are non-refundable once work or ordering begins.

  • Client approval is required at each phase before proceeding to the next stage of service.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due according to the terms stated at checkout or in the signed Design Agreement.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize The VividX House to charge your payment method for all agreed-upon amounts.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For digital products, cancellations are not permitted once payment has been processed.
For consultations, clients may reschedule once within 30 days of their original booking.
For full-service design projects, cancellations are handled per the terms of the signed Design Agreement.

8. Refund Policy

All sales for digital courses and consultations are final.
Refunds for full-service design projects are not available once design work, procurement, or trade coordination has begun.

9. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with The VividX House, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and measurements when requested.

  • Review and approve all documents, designs, and invoices in a timely manner.

  • Ensure safe access to your property for design consultations, installations, and photography.

  • Maintain all payment terms outlined in your invoice or agreement.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials provided by The VividX House are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, emotional results, or increases in property value. Design outcomes are based on individual preferences, property conditions, and client decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The VividX House and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or digital materials.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or service engagement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The VividX House, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or breach of any agreement.

13. Confidentiality

All private client information, design plans, images, and communication are treated as confidential. The VividX House reserves the right to photograph and document completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise restricted in writing by the client.

14. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party websites and do not endorse them.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
