Your consultation is a focused working session with our Principal Designer.
We’ll discuss your project vision, timeline, investment range, and design goals. You’ll receive professional guidance, next steps, and a clear understanding of how we manage projects from concept to completion.
This is not a generic design chat or a casual inquiry. It’s a private, strategic conversation intended for homeowners who are ready to engage a professional design firm for their property.

During your consultation, we’ll:
Review your property’s layout and design potential
Discuss your priorities, lifestyle, and long-term goals for the space
Clarify your design scope and budget range
Outline our process from initial planning through installation
Determine if The VividX House is the right fit for your project
Consultation Fee
Our full-service design consultations are $500, applied as a credit toward your design retainer if you move forward with a full project.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on our calendar.
Before You Book
We recommend booking a consultation when:
You are ready to invest in professional, full-service design
You own or are in the process of purchasing your property
You have a minimum project investment of $50,000 per room
You are seeking a design team to oversee your project from planning to installation
